This policy explains how WOGD LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through UltramanCard.com. Pop Culture USA™ is a trademark of WOGD LLC.
We sell directly to you here, so WOGD LLC decides how your information is used and is responsible for it.
1. What we collect
- Contact and delivery details — name, email address, shipping address, and a phone number where a carrier needs one.
- Order information — what you bought, order history, and delivery and tracking status.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the card type and last four digits; we never receive or store the full card number.
- Messages — what you send us by email about an order, a card or a return.
- Technical information — pages requested, browser and device type, and IP address, recorded in server logs.
2. Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns.
- To answer your messages.
- To take payment and to detect and prevent fraud.
- To keep tax and accounting records, which the law requires us to hold.
- To keep the site working and secure.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information with the service providers who make the shop work — payment processing, hosting, and the carriers who deliver your order — under contract and only so far as they need it to do that job. We also share it where the law requires, such as with tax authorities.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
4. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
Subject to where you live and the law that applies, you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a portable format. You may also ask us to stop sending you email at any time. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@ultramancard.com from the address on your order. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, which protects your information as much as it does us.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep your cart and complete checkout securely. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
