Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and WOGD LLC ("we", "us"), which operates UltramanCard.com. Pop Culture USA™ is a trademark of WOGD LLC. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
UltramanCard.com is an independent retailer run by Pop Culture USA. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. ULTRAMAN and the Ultraman Card Game are trademarks of Tsuburaya Productions. Card images are used to identify genuine cards offered for sale.
All cards sold on this site are genuine, previously distributed products offered for resale. Card images are shown to identify the specific product offered. Rules text and card effects are not reproduced here; the official card database is at ultraman-cardgame.com.
2. Orders and prices
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm despatch. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are shown before you pay and added where required.
If an item is listed at a materially incorrect price, or is no longer available when we come to pack it, we may decline the order and will refund you in full. Stock is finite and a single card is one physical card: where two orders reach the same card, the first to complete checkout gets it.
3. Condition and grading
Every single is graded by us and the grade on the listing is our promise. Our grades are explained on the condition guide. Where a listing shows a photograph of the specific card, that photograph is the card you will receive; other listings use an image that identifies the card rather than the individual copy.
4. Delivery
Shipping options, costs and timescales are on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Plain-envelope orders are not tracked and are sent at your risk, which is why they are limited by value and count.
5. Returns and refunds
Our returns terms are on the returns page and form part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may browse and buy for your own use. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute this site's listings, photographs or data, or use the site in a way that damages or impairs it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable United States federal or state consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where such a right applies and cannot be limited, it prevails over any conflicting provision here.
9. Intellectual property
Our photographs, descriptions and site content belong to WOGD LLC. Third-party marks and artwork shown on the cards remain the property of their respective owners.
Rights holders: email info@ultramancard.com identifying the specific listing and the basis of the claim, and we will review it promptly.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the place you live.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and the Terms in force when you place an order govern that order.
